FACESTELLAR
L'avant-gardiste marque de cosmétiques FACESTELLAR s'est installée en exclusivité au Printemps Haussmann. Fondé en 2020, cet institut de beauté genderless de la rue de Richelieu est spécialisé dans les soins du visage tels que le remodelage, le lissage ou encore la stimulation du renouvellement cellulaire, grâce à des méthodes dites « non-invasives ».

Pâtisserie Nina Métayer
Voted best pastry chef by the magazine Le Chef in 2016 and by Gault et Millau in 2017, Nina Métayer debuts her first Parisian address at Printemps Haussmann. It's a high-flying pastry shop, where you can enjoy your treats either inside, on the terrace, or as takeaway. Our favourites? Her chocolate tart, flan, and gianduja treats.

Bleu Coupole
Until June 15th, Joey Starr is taking the reins of the Bleu Coupole and dreaming up his first menu.
On the menu, cult recipes from his "Bistronomik guide": crab soup with coconut milk, flank steak with chimichurri sauce and sweet potato fries, and rum-infused French toast.

Café Vert
Take a healthy and delicious break, amongst luxurious décor, at any time of day. The Repaire de Bacchus is opening a wine bar at the Printemps du Goût, on the 7th floor of the Printemps de l'Homme. On the menu: a selection of wines, French draught beers, cocktails and soft drinks, all with a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. Meet you on the 7th floor of the Printemps du Goût!
