Iris de Syracuse by Boucheron was born from the desire to celebrate the iris, the blue gold of perfumery, and to compose an eau de parfum in its image. Originating from the sunny and steep lands of Italy, the iris is a precious nectar. Delicate and resistant, it reveals all its character here around a vibrant and elegant floral iris fragrance. The top notes, enhanced by the freshness of tangy mandarin and juicy pear, are elegantly contrasted by a spicy touch of black pepper. In the heart, true iris delivers a rich and comforting powdery note. Like a dream, jasmine petals ripple, in a soft illusion of an almond flower embodied by the heliotrope. Base notes of vanilla wrapped in patchouli are both sensual and seductive. White musks then bring an exceptional softness to the skin. Iris de Syracuse is presented in a stunning gold and white box, whose case, adorned with a purple ribbon, opens up to a bottle in violet/bluish tones.
