Anita Berisha has taken the world of jewelry by storm with her environmentally conscious pieces inspired by nature. Currently based in New York, the Kosovo born designer had always imagined herself working in a creative field. And even though she started out studying business administration, in 2011, she took the plunge and created her first collection. By disassembling and reinventing raw materials from her own jewelry, her new original creations soon enough enjoyed a small notoriety- put on hold for few years while she moved to the United States. In 2016, she finally made jewelry creation her full time job. Self-taught, she launched two collections prior to "Earrings", revealed on Instagram in 2017 prompting the label to be recognized by the fashion press and celebrities worldwide. Referencing flowers, fruits, simple shapes, architectural lines, while throwing in unusual elements and pops of color, Anita Berisha jewelry are the epitome of minimalism, playfulness and modernity. Produced in New York from A to Z, the collections are designed using semi-recycled brass and are assembled in the brand's studio in Brooklyn.
