Sometimes all it takes is a detail to revisit a classic. For Marie Welte and Jenny Richard, it was the chain stitch. Following their encounter during their studies, the two young women had the idea of launching a new brand, around high quality basics infused with a personality. And at the beginning of 2011, Maison Labiche was rolling its first unisex t-shirts. The draw? Hand-embroidered usually on the heart, initially taking the names of the designers' idols before diversifying over the years. Intergenerational, timeless and accessible, the t-shirt alone carried the values of the French brand, whose board grew with the arrival of Jean-Baptiste Richard a few years later. The collections have also expanded, offering complete ready-to-wear lines for men, women and children, as well as small leather goods accessories, caps and hats.Today available worldwide, Maison Labiche creations are still distinguished by their craftsmanship and typography, with a focus on quality materials (also organic and GOTS certified). And thanks to customization, your words can now be embroidered on one of your favorite pieces.
