Cut by Fred is the name of the Parisian hairstyling institute and also of the haircare line launched by Frédéric Birault, blogger and hairstylist to the stars. Known by the nickname Fred, he began his career between Paris and New York, growing tired of using products that respected neither hair nor the environment.
