Ancient Greek Sandals Women

"Once upon a time, there were Greek gods and goddesses with magical sandals. These shoes were made by a gifted shoemaker, famous for designing sandals with Hermes' golden wings." Inspired by the myths, Ancient Greek Sandals was born and founded by Christina Martini and Nikolas Minoglou in 2012. The designers included a signature wing detail on each of their shoes.
A graduate of Cordwainers College in London, Christina Martini gained experience at Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton before returning to Greece where she now manages the brand's design from her Corfu farm. Nikolas Minoglou, also raised in Greece, runs the brand's management in Athens. The talented duo shared a love for antique sculptures and Greek mythology, with the two themes heavily referenced in their label's collections. Handmade by local artisans with traditional techniques, Ancient Greek Sandals makes high-quality shoes, standing the test of time thanks to their natural chemical-free, vegetable-dyed leather.
