- Three steps to get visibly plumped and smoothed skin: 1. Scoop out the cream with the spatula provided and spread it over your fingers. 2. Massage to smooth: apply the cream to one side of the face at a time, working from the bottom up. Start at the cheeks and work towards the temples, then from the centre of the forehead towards the temples. Don't forget your neck. 3.
