      From the equestrian world to the prestigious Parisian salons, the House of Hermès is rich in history and tradition. It was established in 1837 by Thierry Hermès, as a harness and saddlery equipment workshop in the Madeleine district of Paris, gaining recognition from European kings and noblemen. In the following years, heirs succeeded one another, the family-run company settled in a new address: 24, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré and expanded into luggage and leather goods.
